“ An Uber driver walks in through the side door of a furniture store as instructed by the customer. Millions of salespeoples eyes turn to him and see the Subway Logo. The Uber drivers scans the room, hoping his customer has spotted him so he can drop off the food and escape. All the sales people close in on him and he gets more and more nervous until they stop. Maria your food is here! They all exclaim in unison. Yay!!! Maria picks up her food and runs to the break room. I order subway a lot. ”
“ I write reviews every few years maximum, and this is the case. 05.10.2023 Terrible customer service. Woman met with a sour face, although there were no customers. The first question was what kind of meat will you choose? Even though I am a vegetarian. Looks like she was in a hurry. She put me wrong bread, although I clearly told her which one I wanted. She did not put olives and pickles in my sub, but I told her, put everything, please though. Then she asked what kind of sauce do you want?. Even though there were no sauces on the counter, she had only just begun to bring them. And the icing on the cake was her refusal to provide me with a pair of disposable gloves, although I usually eat with gloves so as not to get my hands dirty. For the first time in 15 years of my Subway trips, I wasnt given gloves. I had to go to the nearby Taco del Mar and ask for gloves there thanks to them, they gave me immediately. Im giving five stars only because I hope that someday a more adequate employee will appear here. Sincerely, your regular customer. ”

“ Whoever was working on Tuesday the 15th deserves a raise immediately! He provided excellent costumer service and the food was so good I went for round 2! Immediately when I entered the store he greeted me with a smile and a peace sign to liven the atmosphere. When he took my order he patiently waited for my friend that was disabled to tell him what he would like to order and did not judge him in any way for his disability. Then when we started paying he kindly offered us the options to dine in or take out and asked if we would like any napkins because my friend started making a little mess. His attitude was so great I just had to go for seconds! Then when we left the store he told us in a very kind manner to have a nice day. Overall great employee and deserves a raise immediately! ”
